About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care with support from a nationwide dental service organization. The role offers financial and administrative support so the dentist can focus on clinical care, along with access to training, technology, and professional development. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

The dentist will work with a patient-centric team, exercise clinical judgment, assess patients’ dental health, discuss treatment plans, and provide high-quality care. The position is listed as part-time, with scheduling options that may vary by independently owned and operated location.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality of care while adhering to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
