About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care in a patient-centric team environment. The dentist will have clinical judgment and leadership respected while receiving administrative and business support from the organization, allowing more time to focus on patients. The role offers flexible scheduling, training and development, access to continuing education and technology, and the opportunity to pursue practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
