About The Position

West Coast Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide general dental care in its Southern California offices. The role offers a guaranteed base plus percentage production, a diverse patient base, and support from clinical and administrative teams. Offices provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services and are equipped with modern practice-management systems, instruments, and equipment. The organization emphasizes quality care, patient experience, teamwork, training, professional development, and continuing education. The listed schedule is Monday through Wednesday and two Saturdays per month; the organization is open to full-time or part-time availability.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI are required.
• Passion for providing excellent care.
• Excellent and cheerful chairside demeanor.
• Willingness to work as part of a team focused on patient experience and helping others.
• Commitment to providing excellent and productive care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and provide a positive patient experience through effective interaction with patients.
• Collaborate with the office team to foster trust, connection, and strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to help optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and reassurance regarding dental treatment.
