About The Position

Our Best Life Companies is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist for Canoga Park Dental. The dentist will diagnose, treat, and manage patients’ overall oral health while providing a full range of general and surgical dental services. The position is scheduled every Monday. Compensation is $700–$800 per diem, depending on experience (DOE), with a bonus package. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school.
Active CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Commitment to complying with all office, state, and ADA regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked, fractured, and decayed teeth.
Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and related treatments.
Conduct root canals, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures.
Administer local anesthesia and sedation as appropriate.
Prescribe antibiotics, pain management, and other necessary medications.
Evaluate patients through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging.
Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
Create models for dental appliances as needed.
Explain treatments and provide aftercare instructions to patients.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Deliver general dentistry services and comprehensive oral care.
