About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care as part of a patient-centric team. The role includes clinical autonomy and leadership, with the practice’s business and administrative tasks supported by Aspen Dental. The position offers access to training, technology, continuing education, and a nationwide support network. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

The position is full-time, with a stated annual salary range of $200,000–$230,000. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive and a $7,500 relocation stipend. Implant training is available. Aspen Dental also describes an opportunity to pursue practice ownership through its Practice Ownership Program.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Work with a patient-centric team while exercising clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
