Associate Dentist
About The Position
Join a long-running, well-established dental practice within a growing dental group that is dentist-owned and dentist-led. The associate will have the opportunity to grow a patient panel, develop clinical interests, and explore future clinical leadership and partnership opportunities. The group values dentists having a meaningful voice in clinical care and in shaping the practices they serve. The position offers technology-forward dentistry, mentorship from seasoned dentists, and a continuing education allowance to support clinical development. Depending on the associate’s interests and the group’s needs, there may be opportunities to practice at multiple locations, lead an existing location, help establish a new practice, or pursue ownership. The group prefers a full-time associate but is open to starting part-time and building days as needed, with the goal of transitioning to full-time.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of clinical experience as a dentist.
- Interest in leadership and an ownership mentality toward patient care.
- Ability to step into an existing patient base and grow the patient panel through excellent treatment planning, case acceptance, and lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a patient panel within an existing patient base.
