About The Position

Advanced Dental Center is a local, family-based dental group with five established locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and plans for continued growth. The group is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to provide care across three columns, each staffed with an EDDA. The role offers a strong mixture of restorative cases, capable assistants, fast room turns, and discretion to refer cases or treat them directly. The practice uses a fully digital workflow, including intraoral scanners at every chair, CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and Overjet AI for chairside radiographic review and patient education. The position includes a competitive daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections, paid monthly, along with insurance, time off, continuing education support, mentorship, and a growth path within the expanding group.

Requirements

Active Kentucky dental license (DDS or DMD).
Enrolled with Kentucky Medicaid.
Active DEA registration.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Comfortable with operative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthetics, and basic endodontics.
Warm, patient-first chairside manner.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Implant placement, orthodontic, or pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
