About The Position
A-Team Dental Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist for a direct-hire opportunity with a patient-focused private dental practice in Orange, California. This position is for one day per week, specifically Mondays, and is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role. The practice provides comprehensive dentistry in a modern and welcoming setting. The ideal candidate should be confident, dependable, and capable of performing hygiene services alongside general dental procedures.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California dental license
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current professional liability insurance
- Comfortable performing hygiene cleanings and SRP
- Strong clinical, communication, and treatment-planning skills
- Dependable and consistently available on Mondays

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions
- Perform routine hygiene cleanings
- Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Develop and clearly communicate treatment plans
