About The Position

North Lakewood Dental is seeking a confident, motivated Dentist who wants to provide high-quality care while taking an active role in leading and developing a team and helping grow the practice. Requirements

• Active Florida Dental License in good standing.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Confidence, drive, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Leadership abilities and an interest in mentoring and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in helping build a successful practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care, clinical operations, and practice performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members.
• Partner with the practice team to strengthen patient experience, treatment acceptance, and overall practice growth.
• Help establish a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Take an active role in the long-term success and development of the practice.
