About The Position

Now, we're seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to quality dental care. This is an opportunity to serve generations of families in a welcoming community practice that treats everyone from kids to grandparents. The practice features a modern, tech-forward environment with digital X-rays, CEREC same-day crowns, Solea laser, and 3D printing/milling technology, with more upgrades planned. There is strong earning potential, with anticipated annual doctor collections around $870K, supported by consistent patient flow and a robust restorative mix. You will work alongside a collaborative, long-tenured team with 10–21 years of tenure that values teamwork, stability, and patient care. Enjoy a balanced clinical schedule with a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with no weekends, leaving room for personal balance. The role involves a comprehensive procedure mix, focusing on crown and bridge, restorative, dentures/partials, SureSmile, and oral surgery. The practice is expanding its technology and orthodontic offerings, making it a great time to join and help shape the next chapter. Located at 1315 Smith Street, Logansport, IN, the practice offers ample parking and a strong local reputation built on word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements
- Valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the seasoned doctor(s) if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
- Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
