Associate, Client Media Solutions
About The Position
Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate, Client Media Solutions to support the day-to-day success of client media strategy and execution. The role contributes to tactical recommendations, campaign operations, media-plan documentation, campaign tracking, meeting coordination, and media-budget administration. It may be performed remotely within the United States or from a U.S. office location. Employees within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office are expected to attend in person two days per week, either at an office or onsite with clients; specific work arrangements may vary by role and location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to enter data and complete projects accurately.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Highly motivated to assist other team members.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- Desire to continually learn and improve.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Help create tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and developing supporting content.
- Enter and submit campaign operations requests, including tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
- Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of media-plan flowcharts, media plans, budget summaries, and buy specifications.
- Assist with creative-asset documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setups.
- Help track campaign activities.
- Assist with media budgets, including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma.
