Deploy is an intelligence infrastructure platform that provides developers and enterprises access to open source and proprietary AI models. The Client Solutions Associate joins the Client Solutions team, which is responsible for commercial deployment of Deploy's technology. Working closely with the Executive Team, the associate develops new client relationships and cultivates existing ones, delivering Deploy's offerings to Fortune 500 companies across industries. The role manages multiple clients and products, executes projects, and uses quantitative skills to analyze priorities, project results, and client solutions. The position calls for a strong consulting or business development background and a technical degree or background.

The current expected base salary is $80,000–$110,000. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Stock options may be offered in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–4 years of work experience in consulting or business development.
• Technical background in computer science and/or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients to address their key business questions and needs.
• Own and manage all aspects of client projects and delivery for Deploy Data and Deploy Predict, serving as the bridge between clients and product teams.
• Execute and advise on innovative client solutions across media, retail, security, industrials, and other verticals.
• Problem-solve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams to develop solutions that work for clients.
• Collaborate with sales team members to define projects and client offerings.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as relevant to the role.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets.
• Report actual or suspected security or policy violations and breaches to an appropriate authority.
