Client Solutions Associate (Spanish Bilingual)
About The Position
PCI is seeking a Spanish-bilingual, client-focused Client Solutions Associate to support customers throughout their account journey. The role involves providing clear guidance, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced financial services and customer solutions environment. The position is based in-office in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires a reasonable commute to the office. It is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST, with Sunday and Monday off. Starting pay is $21–$25 per hour; final offers depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
- Verify client identities and clearly explain financing terms.
- Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshoot application and contract issues.
- Resolve account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Review and confirm loan and contract details for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
