Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English. (Required)
- High school diploma or GED. (Required)
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
- Interest in technology and helping customers find solutions.
- Willingness to learn, share ideas, and support teammates.
- Motivation to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Connect in English and Spanish. Help customers feel welcome, understood, and confident in their choices.
- Explore the latest technology. Demonstrate smartphones, accessories, and connected devices that fit customers' needs.
- Build lasting relationships. Listen, ask questions, and recommend solutions that keep customers connected.
- Make shopping simple. Support customers whether they begin their journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
- Develop your sales skills. Learn how to meet customer needs while working toward individual and team goals.
- Work together. Collaborate with teammates, store leaders, and other T-Mobile teams to support customers and small businesses.
