About The Position

PCI is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Client Solutions Associate to support customers throughout their account journey. This in-office role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires a reasonable commute to the office. The associate provides clear guidance, answers questions, resolves issues, and helps ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced financial services and customer solutions environment. The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST, with Sunday and Monday off. Starting pay is $21–$25 per hour; final offers depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
Verify client identities and explain financing terms clearly.
Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshoot application and contract issues.
Resolve account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
