Associate, Business Operations & Analytics

Jerry.ai•New York, NY
•$110,000 - $140,000•Remote

About The Position

Jerry.ai is hiring 2–3 Business Operations & Analytics team members to support growth marketing, product development, and strategic partnerships. Each person will join the central Business Operations & Analytics team and be embedded in a core business area, where they will own that business unit’s analytical function end-to-end. The role combines analytical work, decision support, and hands-on execution; it is not a pure strategy position. The associate will clarify which business questions matter and what decisions analyses should inform, define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that move key business metrics. They will bring recommendations to stakeholders in areas such as product, growth, finance, and operations, explain what is happening and why, and help drive next steps through to outcomes. Jerry.ai describes its Business Operations & Analytics team as a small group of analytical problem-solvers who inform decisions across the business. The company supports remote work for most roles and also has offices in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto. Hiring is limited to eligible residents of specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada, with eligibility depending on employee classification.
