About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part-time, scheduled for 30 hours, at the Dobbs Ferry Branch in Dobbs Ferry, New York.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen to clients, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, share product knowledge and solutions, and partner with branch colleagues to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
