About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes greeting and assisting clients in the branch, handling account services and new account openings, helping clients use digital and self-service banking options, and carrying out branch operations. You must comply with applicable policies, procedures, and banking and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and educate them on self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
