About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the bank’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and helping create memorable experiences for clients. You will build trusted relationships, share knowledge of banking products and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success by providing exceptional client experiences and combining personal service with banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment through attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
