About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team that creates welcoming moments of connection and joy for the community. The role involves running the coffeehouse and fostering a warm, welcoming space, while leading with craft and heart. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full-time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
