About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center store operations, inventory accuracy, audits, invoices, and vendor relationships, and helps ensure product availability and financial integrity. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the role also supports daily store routines and steps in to lead when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Maintain accurate inventory counts, conduct compliance audits, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Step in to lead as part of the store leadership team when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
