About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role for 30 hours at the Wappinger Branch in Wappinger Falls, New York.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
