About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining welcoming, attentive service with current banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position involves greeting clients and managing lobby traffic, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, assisting with everyday transactions and self-service banking technology, and carrying out branch operations. You must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
