About The Position

At Chase, Associate Bankers help create memorable experiences for clients and employees through welcoming, attentive service and lasting relationships. Representing Chase’s brand and culture, the Associate Banker uses banking solutions and financial technology to provide friendly service and contribute to branch success. The role involves building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the Monroe NY Branch in Monroe, New York.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment through attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
