About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and the use of banking technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position is part time for 30 hours at the Apple Valley Center Branch in Poughkeepsie, New York. It includes client-facing service, account servicing and new account opening, support with banking transactions and digital self-service tools, and branch operations. The role requires compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
