As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining hospitality, banking solutions, and financial technology with friendly, attentive service. Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service that makes them feel welcome and cared for.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
