About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The position is for 30 hours at the Bountiful Branch in Bountiful, Utah.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Help clients with everyday banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
