About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and its culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role is listed for 30 hours at the Dodge St Branch in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch colleagues to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
