About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining welcoming, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes greeting and assisting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening accounts, explaining day-to-day transactions and self-service technology, and conducting branch operations. You are expected to follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while partnering with other branch team members to deliver seamless service.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with attentive, friendly service; greet them, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
