About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account support, technology education, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs, and other self-service options.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
