About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You help clients with their financial goals by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and offering suitable solutions. The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, providing account services and opening accounts, helping clients with everyday transactions and digital banking tools, and carrying out branch operations in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
