About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining welcoming, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by providing exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role scheduled for 30 hours at the Lakeside Omaha Branch in Omaha, Nebraska.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
