About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the Olathe Branch in Olathe, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
