As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by creating welcoming, memorable experiences for clients. The role contributes to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and using banking technology to support clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
