About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining hospitality, banking solutions, financial technology, and friendly, attentive service. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. You share product knowledge and solutions to help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 30 hours in the Belgrade, Montana branch. The role includes welcoming clients, assisting with account servicing and opening accounts, supporting clients with everyday banking and digital self-service tools, and performing branch operations while following applicable policies and requirements.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and waiting queues, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
