About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create strong client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part time, scheduled for 30 hours, at a new-build branch in Mobile, Alabama.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
