About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a 30-hour part-time role at the Kernersville, North Carolina branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients' financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
