About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a full-time, 40-hour position at the Wentzville Branch in Wentzville, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
