As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by creating memorable experiences for clients and employees. You provide welcoming, attentive service and use banking solutions and financial technology to build lasting client relationships. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role is full-time, 40 hours, at the Washington Thornton Branch in Thornton, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
