About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role contributes to branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, new account openings, assistance with everyday banking, and branch operations. You help clients use Chase’s digital and self-service options and follow applicable banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions while partnering with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
