About The Position

Auction.com is hiring a part-time Associate Auction Coordinator to represent the company at live real estate auctions, traditionally held on courthouse steps. The coordinator conducts, co-hosts, and participates in auctions, interacts with bidders, completes required auction processes, and helps customers understand how to participate. The role involves working independently and with a team at auction events and other scheduled activities. The territory is centered around Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Regular travel of up to two hours to surrounding auction locations is required, with occasional travel beyond two hours; a rental car may be provided for those trips based on projected mileage. Schedules are assigned weekly by the Area/State Manager according to auction needs, so flexibility is required. Auction days usually involve two to four hours of work, and the average workload is eight to twelve hours per week. Hours may fluctuate and are not guaranteed. Required training sessions and administrative tasks are also part of the role, with opportunities to earn additional compensation. The position offers competitive pay, professional experience, a work environment without an office, regular training opportunities, an employee recognition program, an employee referral program, eligibility to participate in Auction.com’s 401(k) program, and a travel pay policy to help compensate for personal vehicle use when applicable.
