About The Position
Zelle LLP is an international litigation law firm with offices across the United States and in London. The Firm handles insurance, antitrust, and other complex litigation nationally and globally. The Dallas office focuses on complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation for clients in the United States and abroad. The Associate Attorney will work on first-party property insurance claims and coverage disputes, including examining claims, preparing coverage opinion letters, pleadings, and discovery, and attending hearings, depositions, and trial. Associates are required to work at least three days per week in Zelle’s Dallas office; remote work may be arranged for the remainder of the week.
Requirements
- At least two years of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience.
- Experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes.
- Stellar oral and written communication skills.
- Membership in the Texas bar.
- Tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Examine first-party property insurance claims.

- Attend hearings, depositions, and trial.
