The position involves managing litigation and arbitration matters from inception through trial or arbitration hearing, handling court calendars and appearances, preparing legal documents, and analyzing files. Requirements

• At least one year of experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily virtual court calendar in the specified venue.
• Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial.
• Handle and manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions and memorandums of law.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands, and responses.
• Draft reports and provide file analysis.
• Make court and arbitration appearances.
