Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing, or commercially accountable role with a track record of hitting performance targets in a structured environment.
  • Intellectually curious, highly organized, and strong verbal communicator who operates with urgency and is ready to step up and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own activation and engagement KPIs, executing structured outreach cadences to increase transcript usage and expert call volume.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities by identifying new expert call alignment to client mandates, and converting trial users into recurring, active users.
  • Cultivate robust client relationships through regular strategic meetings and ongoing touchpoints, including traveling quarterly for in-person client visits and business reviews.
  • Monitor account health metrics, keeping a close eye on activation, call activity, renewal risk, and revenue contribution.
  • Deliver strategic value by preparing targeted expert and transcript recommendations tied to client strategy and market developments.
  • Collaborate daily with Account Managers and Project Managers to execute account growth plans while maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and activity reporting.
