About The Position

The Housing Director manages all aspects of daily operations, including the provision of health-related services, within a housing-with-services setting. The role develops and implements the community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the BHS quality agenda, and ensures that quality standards are integrated into operations. The Director provides leadership to ensure care and services meet BHS standards and policies. Responsibilities also include planning and monitoring financial operations, such as budget planning, rate setting, and contract negotiation, and identifying markets and resources while communicating service advantages to support the rental and service agreement process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or significant level of experience.
LALD licensure, or ability to obtain it within a specified period of time.
Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Nice To Haves

Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least one year of experience working with the senior population in a supervisory role.
Experience in assisted living, home health, or other senior care or services.
