About The Position

The Housing Director manages all aspects of daily operations, including the provision of health-related services in a “housing with services” setting. The role develops and implements the community’s vision and strategic plans in alignment with the BHS quality agenda, integrates quality standards, and leads care and service delivery to meet BHS standards and policies. It also oversees financial operations, including budgeting, rate setting, and contract negotiation, and identifies markets and resources while communicating service advantages to support the rental and service agreement process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or significant level of experience.
LALD licensure or ability to obtain it within a specified period of time.
Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Nice To Haves

Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least one year of experience working with the senior population in a supervisory role.
Experience in assisted living, home health, or other senior care or services.
