Assistant Toddler Teacher $1,000 Hiring Bonus
About The Position
Heritage Montessori-Lake Forest is seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher to support a safe, positive learning environment. The teacher assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The role also helps lead learning activities that promote children's development, monitors their progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers a supportive environment, education incentives, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement. The position pays $17.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. A $1,000 hiring bonus is payable in two $500 installments at three and six months, provided the employee is in good standing at payout.
Requirements
- 12 ECE units.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
Nice To Haves
- Previous preschool or Montessori teaching experience is preferred but not required.
