About The Position

Heritage Montessori-Lake Forest is hiring an Assistant Toddler Teacher to support a safe, positive learning environment for young children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children throughout activities, including meals and naptime. The teacher also helps lead learning activities, supports children’s development, monitors progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and colleagues.

The position offers hourly pay of $17.00–$21.00, depending on education and experience, and a $1,000 hiring bonus paid in two installments: $500 at three months and $500 at six months. Employees must be in good standing to receive the bonus. Requirements

• 12 ECE units.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
