Assistant Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Assistant Toddler Teacher helps create a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. This entry-level role partners with preschool teachers to implement the company’s proprietary curriculum and uses engaging characters to make learning fun. The teacher helps maintain classroom quality, health, and safety standards; collaborates with peers to create a welcoming environment; and communicates children’s activities and achievements to their families through mobile apps and personal conversations. The position is with The Learning Experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Nice To Haves
- Early childhood education coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with other preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to support children’s learning and play.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a positive working environment and a welcoming, engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
