About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking a caring, experienced Assistant Toddler Teacher to support children’s learning and development in a warm, safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom. The role uses a play-based curriculum and involves building relationships with children and families, maintaining an organized classroom that meets state standards, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
